Autocasión is a leading aggregator of vehicle classified ads. They approached us in order to take their digital presence to the next level via a redesign of their public web portal and the accompanying back-end interface for dealers.

In such a dealer-centric experience, where the end customer was largely forgotten, it was necessary to sit down with both parties to understand their needs and find common ground from which to develop the web experience. Taking advantage of Autocasión’s extensive knowledge of the automotive market, we aligned the requirements that both parties presented.

STRATEGIC POSITIONING
Extensive research and analysis of the purchase experience led us to develop AUTOintelligence, a strategy that leverages Autocasión’s automotive expertise to position them as trustworthy advisors during the buying process.
This strategy works to both advance the dealers’ business goals whilst also offering the user a service that adapts and advises them at every step of the acquisition journey. It establishes Autocasión as one of the most efficient and automated tools within the sector.
PRODUCT FACT SHEET
The design of the product fact sheet was key to the experience, as it had to adapt perfectly to the user, maximising sales metrics whilst providing the best way to visualise the vehicle. It’s also where AUTOintelligence takes centre stage, adapting complex technical information into an intuitive and user-friendly design.
RESULTS
User decision-making is the core process of a website of this type and, therefore, the list of results should facilitate this process.We included elements such as a powerful filter, price indicators (good, on offer, etc.), and brand certified car indicators, all in order to offer a top search experience which meets the user’s needs.
EXPERIENCE
Autocasión has a vast array of sections that provide prospective buyers with relevant information and knowledge in order to make the best decision. They can find everything, from a news section with a multitude of articles and content, to information on the different types of fuel and the range of brands on offer.
PRIVATE BACKEND
On the other hand, the private dealer backend had to offer a complementary, intuitive, and powerful vehicle stock management platform that met business objectives and adapted to dealers’ day-to-day workflow. Data visualisation, adaptation to small screen formats, and an easy vehicle uploading process were key to providing a powerful management tool.
VISUAL CONCEPT
The last step was to bring this experience to life with an elegant, sophisticated, and long-lasting visual design. Together with a powerful design system, the goal was to unify the entire Autocasión ecosystem while elevating the brand to the next level.
