What you'll do

• Lead digital design projects from concept to delivery
• Develop scalable design systems and maintain visual coherence
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business, user, and brand goals
• Present and articulate design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams

What you bring:

1. 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design
2. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
5. A portfolio demonstrating strategic, high-impact digital work
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
