The objective of this project was to elevate the brand from a more practical point of view to an experience driven type of brand within the hospitality sector. We wanted to improve guest satisfaction and customer loyalty. The concept behind this project was the duality between energy and exploration associated with daytime and a more calm and relaxed atmosphere associated with night time.

A total travel experience to reposition 15 hotels in Japan.
