IHP, International Hospitality Projects, is a leading company for comprehensive technical services within the hotel real estate sector. They design, handle projects and build hotels around the world, managing more than 100 million euros. After a long journey in the market, a change in brand image was needed, in order to adapt to a more contemporary and digital environment.
A strategic consulting of the value proposition was carried out in order to fully understand the current situation of the brand and its interests. This became the basis for the realization of the website, business dossier, and corporate video.
The design team carried out an update of the visual identity based on the conclusions deducted by the strategy team. For this process, the focus on the design of the digital product was fundamental, as this would be the main point of contact for the brand with its potential customers. Likewise, the art direction for photography was developed, which would guarantee a homogeneous look & feel and in accordance with the values of the brand in the creation of the corporate website.
The objective was to develop a corporate website that provides strategic value to the company by showing the services offered and the team’s experience through their projects. Our approach was to include an animated page presenting the business data, work and commercial tool, which could easily be updated by the client. The development of the IHP digital product was driven by Ankaa Studio.
