We developed Mango's loyalty programme by developing a strategy, visual identity, and a series of key messages to describe the unique and distinctive character of the offering.

We created a loyalty programme for Mango in which you receive points to access experiences. We also undertook the development of the campaign’s voice by describing the unique and distinctive character of the brand, respecting this coherency with the content we created.

The pillar concepts for this project were clear, collaborative, optimistic, and inspiring.

The key elements of making the brand’s voice were avoiding colloquial expressions, having an active voice, addressing the customers personally, keeping it simple and understandable, focusing primarily on the customer, writing positively avoiding negatives, and integrated storytelling.
